This container of 2 Kundalini Yoga therapy sessions has been designed with the consideration for you to
‘come back home’- back to a sense of belonging within yourself.
We may find ourselves merely drifting through life with a lack of purpose or drive; moving through our day-to-day without a sense of intention, feeling that a connection with ourself and/or with others is missing. This may be due to a specific disruptive life event, short/ long term ill-health or the build-up of living in separation from our authentic selves.
A sense of belonging cannot necessarily be gained by taking a ‘magic pill’, instead we utilise Yoga as a therapy to build self-awareness, understand our soul’s path and access our inherent potential. This is done through the process of reuniting with the body-mind-spirit system utilising the ancient practices of Kundalini Yoga, alongside an understanding of health through a Western medical lens.
The goal in our work together over these 2 sessions is for you to feel a deeper sense of peace and purpose in your everyday.
This Back to Belonging program includes:
1 Foundation Session (60 mins)
To go through history, create your unique plan, and provide you with methods to begin the journey of understanding yourself more and finding purpose.
You will have a personalised mantra/ meditation based on your numerology to practice from this first session.
1 Follow-up Session (45 mins)
Must be booked 1 - 2 weeks later to monitor progress and highlight your strengths to move forward feeling empowered.
